The vision of the conference is that by 2030, Szeklerland will become a region where high value-added products and services will account for the largest share of economic output.
Digitalization and creative industries as well as the material and technical solutions they provide are fundamental to this vision.

About the organisers
The IT Plus Cluster strengthens cooperation between the actors in the field in order to enable Szekler and Transylvanian IT businesses and professionals to effectively catch up with the challenges of the international and local market, to offer high quality and competitive services.
The IT Plus Cluster was established in 2013 in Csíkszereda the Mayor’s Office of Municipality of Csíkszereda, the Faculty of Economics and Humanities of Sapientia University, the Márton Áron High School and the Central Regional Development Agency associated. Since then, the number of cluster members has been steadily growing, with mostly people from the counties of Harghita, Covasna, Mures, Satu Mare and Cluj-Napoca joining.
The functioning and management of the organisation is currently ensured by the executive team of the IT Plus Association.

Efficiency 2.0
For a long time, human development was based on people teaching each other. In the process of learning, new generations discovered the shortcomings of things and were able to improve on the original processes, thus becoming more and more efficient. But machines and software did not have this ability. Their programming, operation and efficiency depended on human intervention. Today, however, we are on the verge of a technological revolution where we are entering an era where software and algorithms are able to learn, evolve, rewrite and optimise themselves autonomously through artificial intelligence (AI), large language models (LLM) and machine learning (ML).
The question is how we can put these new technologies at the service of making our industrial, business, development and management processes even more efficient. automation and robotics, applications of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, current projects and research on the use of IT in healthcare. New technology trends and how to make (software) development processes more efficient will be discussed. We will also talk about how digitisation can help local businesses and municipalities to improve their businesses, and, as always, education will be a key focus of our conference.
